1. general
The general terms and conditions refer to the sale and delivery of goods by design by f maurer | vienna or design galerie gmbH to the buyer. The buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and is bound by them when placing his order. Deviating conditions of the buyer require the written confirmation by design by f maurer | vienna or design galerie gmbH.

2. product prices
All prices are gross prices ex Vienna including 20% VAT, but excluding shipping costs. The prices are valid until revoked.In case of sales to companies within the EU, no Austrian sales tax is due upon proof of UID, but sales tax is paid in the buyer's home country. Sales to customers outside the EU are not subject to sales tax. However, import duties levied by the buyer's country of residence will be charged to the buyer. 

3. shipment / order confirmation
The order of the buyer is considered accepted with the order confirmation by design by f maurer | vienna or design galerie gmbH. Shipment is at the expense and risk of the buyer. The shipping costs correspond to the customary rates of GLS Paketservice. Delays due to delivery problems cannot be excluded. If design by f maurer | vienna or design galerie gmbH is not able to fulfill an order or the order is not accepted for other reasons, the buyer will receive a notification within 14 days. In case of damaged or incomplete deliveries, the confirmation of the deliverer (e.g. courier service) is required.
If the goods arrive defective at the buyer despite perfect packaging, the buyer has to inform design by f maurer | vienna or the design galerie gmbH immediately. The legal warranty rules apply. 



4. payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made by advance invoice. The buyer receives an invoice from design by f maurer | vienna or design galerie gmbH, on the basis of which the buyer can make his bank transfer. After receipt of payment the goods will be shipped to the buyer.

5. right of withdrawal
The buyer can withdraw from the contract within 10 working days after receipt of the goods, if the buyer sends a notice of withdrawal to design by f maurer | vienna or to design galerie gmbH within this time.In this case, the goods must be returned together with the notice of withdrawal in resalable condition in the original packaging and prepaid to design by f maurer| vienna or design galerie gmbH. The return is at the risk of the buyer. If the goods have been used, an appropriate usage fee must be reimbursed. In case of deterioration (e.g. due to obvious signs of use) or destruction of the goods prior to return, the reduction in value or the value is to be reimbursed by the buyer.


6. retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of design by f maurer | vienna or design galerie gmbH until payment has been made. Copyright and all rights reserved.

7. place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction and place of performance for all contractual points is Vienna.Austrian law shall apply to this contract.
